Registration confirms your participation in the conference and, for presenters, secures your slot in the program. All fees listed below are suggested amounts, subject to confirmation by the Organizing Committee, and do not include international or domestic airfare or accommodation unless otherwise stated.

How Registration Works
Once your abstract has been accepted (notification by October 11, 2026), you will receive registration instructions via email, including your assigned Registration Category and a link to complete payment. Presenter registration and payment must be completed by November 1, 2026 — approximately six weeks before the conference — to allow sufficient time for visa processing, travel arrangements, and program finalization.
Accepted abstracts whose presenting author has not completed registration by the deadline may be withdrawn from the program to allow timely finalization of the conference schedule and Book of Abstracts. If you anticipate a delay, please contact conferences@scivanta.org as early as possible.
Colleagues, students, or members of the public who wish to attend without presenting are welcome to register as Participants/Listeners, gaining full access to all keynote sessions, parallel sessions, and networking opportunities throughout the three-day program.
