The Disrupting Boundaries program spans three days, combining keynote sessions, parallel presentations, and dedicated discussion formats — followed by an optional day of cultural immersion in Bali. Day 1 (December 15) and Day 2 (December 16) follow a parallel structure: each day opens with a keynote address setting the tone for that day's thematic focus, followed by parallel sessions covering two of the conference's four tracks. Day 1 features Tracks 1 & 2, while Day 2 turns to Tracks 3 & 4 — ensuring every track receives dedicated presentation time across the program. Both days close with a discussion-oriented format: a Panel Discussion and Poster Session on Day 1, and a closing session with key announcements, including publication track invitations, on Day 2. Day 3 (December 17) offers participants a choice between two optional cultural excursions — a full-day journey through Ubud's waterfalls, sacred forest, rice terraces, and temples (Option A), or an afternoon and evening exploring Uluwatu Temple and the Kecak Fire Dance at sunset (Option B). These excursions are a chance to experience Bali beyond the conference room, though they involve an additional cost not included in the registration fee.
