Unlike single-discipline conferences, DBC 2026 is designed around the premise that today's most pressing questions — from algorithmic bias to digital equity in education — cannot be fully understood through one field alone. What to Expect
Over three days in Seminyak, Bali, participants will engage in keynote sessions, parallel paper presentations, symposia, round table discussions, and poster sessions — complemented by a cultural excursion day showcasing Bali's landscape and heritage. The conference welcomes both in-person and virtual attendance, ensuring global accessibility regardless of participants' ability to travel.

Accepted papers are published in the official conference proceedings with DOI, and outstanding contributions may be further invited to peer-reviewed journals — including Scopus/Web of Science–indexed special and regular issues — through our structured post-conference publication pathway.
