Once you have received your registration confirmation email, you will be provided with a secure Payment Request link via Payoneer, specific to your Registration Category.

All registration payments are processed via Payoneer, allowing you to pay conveniently using a local bank transfer, card, or other payment method available in your country.

Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed by the registration deadline (November 1, 2026) to secure your place in the program. Registrations with incomplete payment by this date may be withdrawn from the schedule.
Refunds & Cancellations
Registration fees are refundable at 50% for cancellations made before November 15, 2026. Cancellations made after this date are not eligible for a cash refund but may be transferred to a substitute presenter at no additional cost by notifying conferences@scivanta.org in writing. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for any refund or transfer.
