Professor John W. Creswell is a leading authority on mixed methods and qualitative research design, having authored numerous books and articles on research methodology. He co-founded SAGE's Journal of Mixed Methods Research and served as the founding President of the Mixed Methods International Research Association.
Professor Ariffin Abdul Mutalib is a researcher specializing in interaction design, usability, emerging technology, and computers in education. He has authored over 130 publications and delivers regular public lectures on the societal impact of technology, including digital literacy and responsible technology use.
