Submission Classification

When submitting your abstract, you will be asked to specify three independent choices. These are not linked to one another — please select the combination that genuinely reflects your paper and your presentation preference.

1. Manuscript Type (select one)

• Full Research Paper • Conceptual / Theoretical Paper • Case Study & Practice Report

2. Presentation Format (select one)

• Paper Session • Symposium Session • Round Table Session • Poster Session

3. Attendance Mode (select one)

• In-person • Virtual Note: In the published conference proceedings, contributions are grouped by Presentation Format — the “Poster Presentations” section of the proceedings, for example, includes all papers presented in Poster Session format, regardless of their Manuscript Type.

Abstract Format & Length

Abstracts must be between 200 and 400 words, written in English, in plain text (no tables, images, footnotes, or reference citations). Please include 3–5 keywords, separated by commas.

Recommended Structure

While abstracts may be written as a single continuous paragraph, we recommend addressing the following elements, in order, to help reviewers quickly grasp the contribution of your work: • Background — 1–2 sentences establishing the context and the gap your study addresses • Objective — 1 sentence clearly stating the aim or research question • Method — 1–2 sentences describing the design, participants, and analytical approach • Findings — 2–3 sentences summarizing the key results • Implications — 1–2 sentences on the contribution or significance of the study

Review Process

All submissions are peer reviewed:

  • Double-blind review
  • Minimum of two expert reviewers

Evaluated for: originality, research quality, relevance to conference themes, and clarity of presentation.
