Securing Your Place at Disrupting Boundaries Conference 2026
Registration confirms your participation in the conference and, for presenters, secures your slot in the program. All fees listed below are suggested amounts, subject to confirmation by the Organizing Committee, and do not include international or domestic airfare or accommodation unless otherwise stated.
We are committed to keeping Disrupting Boundaries Conference accessible to researchers and students worldwide. Our registration fees reflect this commitment, ensuring that cost is not a barrier to participating in meaningful interdisciplinary dialogue.
Student rates apply to currently enrolled undergraduate, master's, or doctoral students; we may request proof of enrollment at registration.
Register and complete payment before November 1, 2026 to confirm your place in the program.
How Registration Works
Once your abstract has been accepted (notification by October 11, 2026), you will receive registration instructions via email, including your assigned Registration Category and a link to complete payment. Presenter registration and payment must be completed by November 1, 2026 — approximately six weeks before the conference — to allow sufficient time for visa processing, travel arrangements, and program finalization.
Accepted abstracts whose presenting author has not completed registration by the deadline may be withdrawn from the program to allow timely finalization of the conference schedule and Book of Abstracts. If you anticipate a delay, please contact conferences@scivanta.org as early as possible.
Listener / Non-Presenting Registration
Colleagues, students, or members of the public who wish to attend without presenting are welcome to register as Participants/Listeners, gaining full access to all keynote sessions, parallel sessions, and networking opportunities throughout the three-day program.
Once you have received your registration confirmation email, you will be provided with a secure Payment Request link via Payoneer, specific to your Registration Category.
Accepted Payment Method
All registration payments are processed via Payoneer, allowing you to pay conveniently using a local bank transfer, card, or other payment method available in your country.
Currency
All fees are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Proof of Payment
After completing your payment, please retain your payment receipt or transaction confirmation. You may be asked to upload or forward this proof of payment as part of finalizing your registration.
Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed by the registration deadline (November 1, 2026) to secure your place in the program. Registrations with incomplete payment by this date may be withdrawn from the schedule.
Payment Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been verified by our team.
Refunds & Cancellations
Registration fees are refundable at 50% for cancellations made before November 15, 2026. Cancellations made after this date are not eligible for a cash refund but may be transferred to a substitute presenter at no additional cost by notifying conferences@scivanta.org in writing. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for any refund or transfer.
