Submission Guidelines
Conference Tracks
Select the track that best fits the primary framing of your paper. Tracks are used for scheduling parallel sessions.

Digital transformation, AI and social impact, platform governance, data ethics
Education in Transition
Pedagogical innovation, digital learning, education policy, teacher development
Cultural Diversity
Cross-cultural research, identity and representation, equity in institutions
Integrated Methods

Research Topics
Research Topics are independent of Conference Tracks and are used for indexing and keyword search in the Book of Abstracts. You may select one or more topics regardless of the track you have chosen — cross-track combinations are welcome and reflect the conference's interdisciplinary spirit.
Submission Classification
When submitting your abstract, you will be asked to specify three independent choices. These are not linked to one another — please select the combination that genuinely reflects your paper and your presentation preference.
Manuscript Type (select one)
Presentation Format (select one)
Attendance Mode (select one)
Note: In the published conference proceedings, contributions are grouped by Presentation Format — the "Poster Presentations" section of the proceedings, for example, includes all papers presented in Poster Session format, regardless of their Manuscript Type.
Abstract Format & Length
Abstracts must be between 200 and 400 words, written in English, in plain text (no tables, images, footnotes, or reference citations). Please include 3–5 keywords, separated by commas.
Recommended Structure
While abstracts may be written as a single continuous paragraph, we recommend addressing the following elements, in order, to help reviewers quickly grasp the contribution of your work:
Review Process
All submissions are peer reviewed:
Evaluated for: originality, research quality, relevance to conference themes, and clarity of presentation.

Abstract Submission
Abstract submission is your first step toward joining Disrupting Boundaries Conference — DBC 2026, and the point at which the Program & Scientific Committee first encounters your work.
How to Submit
Abstracts must be submitted via the official Google Form submission link available on this page. Please ensure you have selected your Conference Track, Research Topic(s), Manuscript Type, Presentation Format, and Attendance Mode before submitting — incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
Submit Proposal / AbstractWhat Happens After You Submit
Your abstract will be assigned to at least two expert reviewers for double-blind evaluation against the criteria outlined above. You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon submission, followed by the review outcome by October 11, 2026.
Before You Submit — A Few Tips
Questions Before You Submit?
If you are unsure which track, topic, or format best fits your paper, please contact conferences@scivanta.org before the submission deadline — our team is happy to advise.
Submissions
Full Paper Submission
From Presentation to Publication
Following your presentation at Disrupting Boundaries Conference — DBC 2026, you will be invited to submit a full paper based on your accepted abstract. This second stage is open exclusively to presenting authors whose abstracts have been accepted and presented at the conference.
Why Submit After the Conference?
Rather than requiring your full paper before you present, we intentionally schedule this stage after the conference concludes. This allows you to incorporate feedback, questions, and insights gained during your session's Q&A and discussion into a stronger, more refined manuscript — one that reflects not just your original research, but the value of the conversations this conference is designed to spark.
How It Works
Full paper submission instructions, including the manuscript template and the dedicated submission link, will be sent directly to your email following your presentation. There is no public submission link for this stage, and no action is required from you until you receive this email.
Deadline
Full papers must be submitted by January 15, 2027. Manuscripts will then undergo peer review, with outcomes communicated by February 20, 2027.
What Happens Next
All full papers meeting the required formatting and quality standards will be published in the official conference proceedings with a DOI. Papers of exceptional quality may also be considered for additional publication tracks — including peer-reviewed journals and Scopus/Web of Science–indexed special or regular issues — as outlined on our Publication Opportunities page.
Questions?
If you have not received your full paper submission instructions within two weeks of the conference's conclusion, or if you have any questions in the meantime, please contact conferences@scivanta.org.
